In going through my old posts and working on some new posts, I've realized that many of my posts tend to be rather long. I really do try to keep them as short as possible, but I also want to be thorough in my explanations and descriptions (I'd hate to have you guys scratching your heads going "Wait, what? Did we just jump 5 steps??"). I also realize I try to work in tips and tricks I've learned along the way (or from others) that might be helpful to you, but they often end up buried in the rest of the tutorial. TL;DR (that's "Too long; didn't read") am I right? Which brings me to this little mini series. Each Thursday I will be posting a quick, easy baking-related tip. No long text. No complicated tutorial. Just a short tip to make your sweet life a little simpler.
So what do you think lovely readers? Was this tip helpful? Would you like to see more? Leave your thoughts in the comments!
Happy baking!

Cool tip and great idea! I noticed I tend to write too much as well. Looking forward to (quickly) learning baking tips from you each week. I just recently found out why certain cookie recipes crack on the top.

It's so hard to be thorough AND concise, but I love how you two include food science and photo tips in each post! 😀 I have your rustic herb chicken on my dinner list this week and I can't wait to try it out!
